We are a medium sized contractor for projects between £50k and £10m in value. A contractor who can compete and deliver to the expectations of the leading Tier 1 contractors but at the more competitive cost of a smaller contractor.

London Fit Out have a strong cash flow and this is reflected in our 1A credit rating at Dun & Bradstreet. We manage cash flow responsibly as we understand funds may come in late and we can not allow this to affect us paying our own supply chain or staff.
Our clients are safe knowing we will deliver their projects without the fear of there being financial difficulties as we pay our supply chain early or on time resulting in them wanting to continue working with us and thus all projects will be delivered on time.
